All customers will be on the holiday schedule. If necessary, any updates will be posted here and on our voicemail: 717-529-1292.

We are also expecting extreme cold and icy conditions this week. Due to the severity of the storm and the extreme cold temperatures, we ask all customers to help us by making sure your trash it out the night before. Route times may be drastically different due to road conditions and we will not be able to make special trips due to the shortened schedule.

If you do not feel safe putting your trash out, please hold it until next week. We will be happy to take double next week.

    • Monday customers: Put your trash out as soon as it is safe to do so on Monday evening. We will pick up on Tuesday, 1/27.
    • Tuesday customers: Put your trash out Tuesday night for Wednesday pickup.
    • Wednesday customers: Put your trash out Wednesday night for Thursday pickup.
    • Thursday customers: Put your trash out Thursday night for Friday pickup.
    • Friday customers: Put your trash out Friday night for early Saturday pickup.

Our office hours this week are Tuesday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. We anticipate high call volumes, so if you reach our voicemail please leave a message and we will return it as quickly as possible.

Holiday Pickup Schedule

We will be closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day: Friday, January 1, 2027
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 25, 2026
  • Independence Day: Saturday, July 4, 2026 – No change in schedule!
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 7, 2026
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 26, 2026
  • Christmas Day: Friday, December 25, 2026

If one of the above holidays falls on or before your pickup day, your pickup will be delayed by one day. If the holiday falls on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday), there will be no delays that week and all pickup will be on the regular schedule. If the holiday is on a Monday, the pickup schedule will go as follows:

  • Monday customers are picked up Tuesday
  • Tuesday customer are picked up Wednesday
  • Wednesday customers are picked up Thursday
  • Thursday customers are picked up Friday
  • Friday customers are picked up Saturday

Please have your trash out the night before, especially during holiday weeks! Route times are subject to change at any time, but are especially effected during schedule changes.
